Falling apart

I received theses today, they’re falling apart inside of the package. The prongs to set the stone are all off the stones are wonky, and the other stones are glued in off center with a lot of chunky visible glue. Also, they came unattached to their earring backings do I feel like they’re used, that’s the first time I’ve received a “new” item like this it’s absolute garbage
