Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovitch - contemporary fantasy
Andrew Cartmel, who writes the excellent Vinyl Detective series, mentioned this writer in his acknowledgements. So happy he did, as it’s a series of 8 (I think) books. Loved it. Diana Gabaldon’s blurb said “What would happen if Harry Potter grew up and joined the Fuzz.”

The Fall has the BEST locations of any movie I know
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich It was filmed in 24 different locations, a number in India, but many in other exotic and wonderful areas of the world. The cinematography is beautiful. If you like Lee Pace, fantasies, or just want to go sightseeing (Hagia Sophia, Namibia, etc.) you're sure to like it.
