Item was damaged in shipping through no fault of seller. Sea_Georg took the time to work with me to make it right, including willingness to put in a full claim with shipper, which we considered. In the end, we agreed partial refund was more than fair given relatively light damage and I quickly received the money. I am very satisfied with my experience.
