Pure Meat and Potatoes
The lies by Tony Schwartz, that he wrote the book and not Trump notwithstanding, The president and real estate mogul does an outstanding job of describing and instructing on the nuance of dealmaking. A highly recommended read for those interested on the art of reading people first and closing a deal second. The chapter on The Grand Hotel and Reviving 42nd Street ought to be required reading for all business majors or those interested in successful business pracitces more generally.

Fascist Nazis and American leftists are one and the same
The idea that Nazi Germany is synonymous with the American far-right is a myth, a lie. Like Hitler's state, the fascist dictatorial wing in America is extremely left. Political theory scholars and those who research ideologies k ow as much. D'Souza does an outstanding job explaining Hitler's leftist regime and political goals so there is no misunderstanding that his style of politics mirrors those of American progressives.
