Excellent Fun DVD that really works!!
I bought this old DVD as I was looking to get fitter but didn't want to spend a fortune on a DVD incase I lost interest. I have started with the Buff Boxing routine and I have stuck at it 3 times a week for almost 2 months now. I have lost a few pounds and my body has changed and started to tone up which is great.
The routine is good and really does get your heart rate going which is exactly what they said it would do. The routine is fun to do and Davina and Mark are quite comical at times. They are very good at telling you what bits you are stretching and what it will do for you too. There is another lady called Jacky who shows you how to work out at a slower pace too if you need it.
The routines aren't too time consuming neither with some specific area workouts taking only 15mins. This is a certainly a good excersise DVD to get started with and I will be buying more of Davina's DVD's in the future.
