Thin and watery, no good

However, the last two orders have been thin and watery, pale yellow, not the creamy white lotion it was before. I contacted the seller before buying the last 4 bottles and was assured that it must have frozen or something, so I reordered and paid for an additional order. This batch came kinda creamy, but immediately started getting thinner and in a short while, all of it was a thin clear yellowish liquid which was sticky as it dried. Totally unusable. I am giving this 1 star because I have emailed the seller 3 times about the problem with no response. I would happily order it again if it was thick and creamy like it was originally. But with no response, I have no choice but to move on. Does anyone know of a similar product that keeps it's consistency?

It's a basic two handled kitchen faucet. Good value based on the price.
