This is a good table-top tripod, to use with a smartphone as well as an extended tripod to also work with a camera that isn't too heavy. The extension mechanism is very clever, requiring rotating the ball joint. This also releases the legs. It is a good selfie stick. Very clever dongle for tripping the smartphone shutter remotely through Bluetooth. The device is made in Italy which is a surprise. The manual is all pictorial. There is a separate smartphone holder with springs to keep it secure. That is the only limitation as the phone can move somewhat when positioning it. There are other devices you can mount in the 1/4 x 20 tripod screw to secure the phone such as Anycase.
