Fetal skeleton
It is good quality. The only thing I didn't like is the skull is made out of a clay material. Also there are two metal rods coming out of the neck that apparently were connected to bolts inside of the skull and the bolts came loose so they rattle around in the skull. Other than that it's well put together. It's very realistic looking.
