worked perfect
after the original shade on my lamp was damaged and having difficulty locating a new shade that worked on the European style uno harp attachement, I decided the answer was to stop looking for a shade to match the uno harp and convert the harp to the standard style harps made here in America. This product was designed to do exactly that. I was now able to purchase an American style shade to fit the lamp.
