Basic charger
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich It does charge but it is a switched charge controlled. easy to figure out the settings. Will charge to your high voltage setting then shut off and will not hold at the high voltage for but a second. Then when your low voltage is reached it will start charging till that high voltage is achieved then repeats the process. You will hear clicking noise when it starts charging and see red light. Then when high voltage is reached you will hear another click and light goes out and charge stops.
