Operates like a brand new item.
This watch is awesome. Works as if it is brand new. My purchase even came with an additional watch band!
The watch works using my Note 5's Bluetooth. I paired my cell and watch in less than 1 minute.
Great item was as described. Well worth the price I paid ($79).

Great that this is available.
I haven't had to use the Protection Plan as of yet. But nice to have just in case.
