Simply an amazing player

I've had my J3 for a few months now and from a pure sonic perspective, this device is truly amazing...sure, it's not an iTouch/iPod, but guess what, anybody who really loves being able to hear what the artist recorded wouldn't by an Apple device as they are not designed for audio "performance"...I bought a J3 4GB, added a 16GB Micro SD card and have the very best of both worlds; the ability to listen to my music in a way I've not heard before via a portable device (had a 40GB Sony pocket Vaio before and that was cutting edge at the time), plus, am able to remove the card and use it in other equipment such as home hifi and car. If you want to hear music on the move in the best way possible, a Cowon J3 is a must....p.s. being able to drag and drop albums/podcast etc directly onto either the on-board memory or SD card beats the hell out of iTunes IMHO

Fabulous upgrade to when was a terrible bulb inside a great torch...the difference is day at night vs. a candle in your hand
