  Seller refunded full purchase price and shipping for the product when the cart did not work on my systems. The cartridge pins were well cleaned, and was in good shape visually. I am unsure if it is an issue with my systems, but I have not had any issues with cartridges I have purchased, though not this particular game. I highly recommend this seller, as they were communicative, fully refunded the price of the product and shipping and packed the product well.
