Slight made-in-china quality
You can probably do better if you want to. I think there might be some similar ones that aren't made in China. This looks like the castings are quite worn-out for the plastic and for the brass bits.

If this tool even works for you once then it is great value.

Almost ultimate?
This is the best switch I was able to find.
This switch doesn't say where it's made, but the quality is up there. The brass parts inside look excellent. And I noticed that the switch mechanism is actually greased.
A bad thing is that this switch has these evil stickers on it, which leave behind gum and paper.
I tried using acetone to remove the stickers, and it ruined the plastic of that switch. This is unusual for electrical items, which are usually unaffected by acetone. Perhaps this calls in to question the quality of the plastic. But there is plenty of it; this switch is very bulky.
