Hasegawa.1/350 scale. Deck kit. Good and bad points.
I got the ship kit a while ago from Japan and could'nt make up my mind on the deck colour so I ordered up the wooden deck set. It arrived around a month later. Unlike previous deck kits that I have used this one is adhesive backed so all the individual sections were fairly well stuck together. Took a while to tease them apart. They stick to the plastic fairly well but little or no time to reposition. I have noticed that some of the sections are starting to lift so some PVA glue might be required. The set also includes some fairly useless photo-etch parts. The sections really look like real wood.[ might even be real wood ] The kit isn't worth the money but if you have to have it ------.
