  This TS191 flipper folder by two sons arrived new as described but the flipper was very difficult to open the knife and actually painful to the index finger each time opening. I told the seller I would like to return it for a refund. The seller was very rude and stated he would not take it back because he didn't have time and I was having buyers remorse. I had to open a case on ebay that decided in my favor. Very sad to deal with this kind of behavior.
