Great replacement bulb for puck lights
We had installed 120V puck lights in our kitchen when we remodeled and even with the xenon bulbs they got extremely hot as well as using a lot of electricity ( 300w) total. These LED units run cool to the touch and last a lot longer than the xenon or halogen bulbs. The only minor issue I would mention is that they dim well but will not dim from 10 to 0 like an incandescent bulb will , they tend to go from 10 to 3.. but again. not a big deal. Highly recommending these units.

Access 2013: Easy to understand great reference book
i've been writing Access code for many years but there is always a new trick to learn. I find this book fills in most of those blanks. When I search online for various problem solvers or "how-to's" they are often very difficult to interpret and give very few examples that you can decipher. Those sites are for programmers that use it daily and have had formal education. This book is one of my go to's for a guy that enjoys programming without the assumption of a Masters in Computer Science :) Well Done!
