Product looks like it is made well. The battery was difficult to get in the space once you get the wires plugged in. It does not seem to work as advertised! I have never gotten it to detect metal. The electricity sensing function doesn't seem to work at all. When you push the A/C button on the scanner the A/C icon never shows on the display. And when held over an A/C outlet it does nothing. I was skeptical when I purchased the scanner. I should never have purchased the scanner. Don't waste your money; I wish I had mine back!!

I found this item at a very, very reasonable price. This particular light configuration is slightly different from all the other 4" sealed lights on the market; so it is not interchangeable with the other brands. Consequently, the manufacturer charges an unreasonable price for their product.
