Nice backlight for plasma TV
After looking all around the web for a good back-light to use with my 60" plasma TV, I decided to try this one. I have read many pros and cons, particularly regarding the light "temperature" of this product. I have no idea if this light falls into the ideal 6500 temp range, but I do know it makes a nice difference in after-dark viewing enjoyment.
I have read complaints of the quality of the adhesive backing, so rather than worry about that, I just adhered it to the back of my display with black electrical tape. That seemed to work out well. It is nice that the lights come on when the TV is turned via USB connection. There is a switch in case your set does not have USB. They are bright enough for me. I am glad I got these, and this was the best price I have found, too.
