Shipping Packaging Severely Damaged
The original outer shipping box was so damaged that it is useless and I did not have another to contain the six separate boxes for the LED Solar Hanging Light Lanterns for a return, and in one shipping container would be very heavy for a 72 year old to manage. Fortunately, after two days of charging, I did finally get the one problem lantern to light. This lantern was in a smashed box adjacent to the gash and hole in the outer shipping container. So I hope it represented the worse shock case position. I also hope that the other eleven (11) LED Solar Hanging Light Lanterns will still operate when I install them in the near future. As such, there was no reason to return these LED Solar Hanging Light Lanterns at this time and hope that the apparent sustained shipping shock endured by the LED Solar Hanging Light Lanterns does not limit their operational life.
