Will not fit all glasses
This is a very robust case but it is meant for smaller sized glasses.
If you have regular sized lens, this case may be too small.

Better than nasal strips, but does not really reduce snoring
I bought these in the hope that they would reduce my snoring, but found that they really don't do anything except flare your nostrils and minimize mouth breathing at night. This means less dry mouth, and coughing, but they really didn't change my issues with anything "downstream" from my nose, meaning you'll probably still snore.
They're a little odd to get used to, as you really have to place them in your nostrils or they fall out during the night. As it turns out that is a possibility any way, and to have a box last 45 days is a little optimistic due to this issue. It doesn't take much to lose the item in the dark, and I have lost one of every three that I have purchased.
They also deform toward the end of their "life expectancy" of a little over two weeks, so don't expect 100% performance at the end. You are more likely to get about 10-15 days if you are careful with the product, but one night with your nose in the pillow can deform them quite a bit. True, you can bend them back but they never really have the same shape afterwards.
The biggest plus is that they don't use tape of any kind, meaning that you're not going to have the tape mark on your nose the following morning. Once you get used to them, they are also far more comfortable than the little cone inserts that I tried, and they definitely open up your nostrils.
It's the most comfortable choice for dealing with the infuriating nightly congestion that I have found so far.

Far less expensive than other choices

The bags supplied are helpful but I’d recommend getting an air tight food container in their place.
You only need a 2 hour period to “clean” your gear, but I often use it for longer.
The battery is rechargeable but not as good as the “unit”. You may find that you are recharging more than you might prefer.
What I do know is that I feel better for using it.
Don’t hesitate to “blow” out the CPAP gear before use either, as you don’t want to breathe in the generated “gas”. Lol
