The title is fine.
I purchased the complete fixture with grounded cord at a very good price. No wiring just plug in has mounting bracket and fixture remains cool, no issues with burns. It is compact and as bright as a B30 flood. Low Wattage advantage with several on one circuit.

Good to have on hitch.
Works well, keeps clothing (pants) clean from picking up grease on ball, prevents rust, easy on and off, looks better than rusted ball, very good price.
