Helmet is light in weight

Healed my cataract?

6 months ago I noticed that everything I see has a light fog - every morning when I get up. It clears up soon.
Good news this week - my cataracts may have cleared up temporarily. I don't see a fog in the morning! I've been taking one pill per day every morning of these. I've been taking NAC and Naicin as well. Not sure which one is helping clear up the fog I see. I think it is #1 Lutein with Zeaxanthin as I only started to take that the past 2 weeks:
