You better have large hands and strong wrists
This is a set of pliers for making small corrections, don't expect to use it for all yer brake pipe bending needs. I have large hands and can barely grip it enough to supply enough closing pressure whilst at the same time creating a bending moment.
I have practiced on quite a few feet of 3/16 and 1/4 tubing and it is hard to not deform the tubing whilst making a bend. This is due to the small radius the pliers provide and the fact that it is hard to keep the pliers closed whilst bending.
overall, yes I do think this is a worthwhile addition to working on brake lines and am happy i bought it, just keep in mind the limitations and don't believe the video floating around on the internet about these pliers :-)
