Adequate
Lovely colour, a bit loose in texture, slightly cheap looking but adequate as a throw. I would rate it in the middle of recommending rather than the yes or no to questions....

Nice but not quite nice enough
Great features but I find it too uncomfortable to wear all day and night as the heart monitor part of the watch underneath the clock face digs into my wrist and leaves a lasting dent which hurts. It has to be worn tight enough measure the heart rate ,and this is too tight for me..... I also find it doesn't always work and the stats are incorrect. It may be that I haven't got the working of it correct, but the instruction online are not helpful enough so I don't quite understand how it works. As with most modern technology the instruction are written by insiders who already know everything , and they never explain enough to novices. We always have to rely on family members for help which is very annoying for both parties. But despite the help, I am still not getting perfect performance. Such a shame.
