Quite pleased ... was robust enough for 70kg as advertised.

Was worried it might be a lightweight model branded to hold 70kg ... but the package reflects the high weight capacity. It also was quite robust and while there is not much you can about a bracket, I was pleased with this purchase. There is a spirit level included in the bag of parts, but experience with OTHER brackets has taught me not to trust them.

OK for a tenner, but a bit hyped up in the name.

The torch is OK for a tenner, but the impression from the photo is that it contains a large long life battery, and is heavy & robust. However, it does mention "lightweight" in the description, to be fair. The reality is that it only has a small AA size rechargeable battery inside, giving a claimed life of 7 hours (presumably on the lower setting). The beam is acceptable ... it does shine a good ways outside in the dark, but I would not say impressive. One of those products where its hyped up to be more, but on receipt, well, you tend to think, its just OK. So if you want a small LED torch powered by a AA size battery, you might as well buy a pencil size one.

Half the life of OE pads

I keep records and can say when fitted to the front of my Honda XL700 Transalp (with ABS), the original pads wore out after 28,000 miles, while the set of Goldfren AD257 pads I replaced them with, only lasted 14,500 miles, and that was to metal to metal contact ! The performance was fine, although I don't ride the bike too hard.
