Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard
I bought copies of this book for each of my employees. It reminds us that we are here to serve our customers. Our customers aren't here to fill our days and fill our cash register with money. This book tells us how to have a vision of the service we want to deliver, find out what our customers really want, then make a plan to satisfy both our needs and desires. We must always live up to our vision of the service we want to deliver.

Handpiece Rebuild
I had four Midwest and four Kavo Handpieces rebuilt by them and loved the results! Turn around was less than two weeks. I recommend them for all handpiece repairs. I will have to try their slow speed handpiece work next.
