  The pocket watch arrived as expected, it was packaged securely. It was missing the key which is required for setting the time and for winding it up I contacted the seller on 7/26, they never responded. I ended up purchasing a set of keys. The pocket watch is working well.

  This piece is all according to your description except the size. You said 44mm but it is more like 34mm cannot use as intended. Btw the shipping was fast. Size is critical for these items as they are made by hand. Thank you very much.
