Better than expected
I originally bought this book for my daughter, even though I am the one on S.B. I went to visit her for a month and used many of the recipes. Everyone enjoyed them very much and I decided to keep the book for myself. I like the way it has which phase of the diet each recipe fits into. I also like some of the more "homestyle" tasting recipes as well. If you are following the S.B. diet, I think this book is a great help.
