Pretty good phone
I'm not big on technology, so when it comes to choosing a phone I keep things pretty simple. This phone takes care of my basic text messaging and phone call needs, with a few bonus features that I use such as the internet once in awhile, without complicating my life. I use my email and calendars to keep track of my events and life so I can't review the quality of these features on my phone.
So, for basic use and for those needing just a beater phone to get them through until their next upgrade via their carrier, this phone will do you just fine.
Only bummer I found was it limits how much text you sent via text message. So you'll get a few sentences out, have to send the message, and then continue typing the rest (in the meantime the person on the other end may be misinterpretting these fragmented messages, or texting in the middle). Messages don't really get confusing, it's just a frustrating flaw.
