Fabulous Cookbook!! ( from someone who has many, many of them )
This book was just what I was looking for after having found a particular bread recipe online that referenced this book. I couldn't find it anywhere else but on ebay.
Loaded with tons of recipes that are well catagorized, have explicit, easy- to-follow instructions with demonstrations and beautiful pictures, this book is much more than what I had originally hoped for.
This would make a wonderful present for beginners as well as experienced cooks, (me) as it has a lot of information to offer in understandable terms!!
Don't hesitate on this one!
