Easy to stick with!
This shake mix actually tastes great! It smells like cake mix! I usually add some strawberries and one of those chocolate mix-ins to mine. Really changes things up! The shake is very filling. I don't find myself thinking of food all time! I drink 2 shakes during the day and eat a sensible dinner and try not to eat after 6:00pm. I've lost 12 lbs. so far.....It works for me!

These are the original epson cartridges. They are of good quality and work well in my printer.

Workhorse!
This little dehumidifier is a Workhorse! The first one I had ran night and day for three years. I emptied a Full Bucket everyday. I live in Arkansas and the humidity is very high here in the summertime, but I ran it night and day anyway. It ran continuously 24 / 7 for 3 years, and while 3 years is not a long time for an appliance, the fact that it ran 24 / 7 is impressive and I did not hesitate to buy another one! I'm very happy with the Frigidaire!
