Excellent and Good Tasting "Tonic" for Improving Vitality
This is a good tasting chyawanprash style blend (I've used many others). Had the pleasure of meeting the founder/originator of this company at a Seattle health food store, decades ago. So it's nice to follow the successful development of a very good line of supplements.
I believe that benefits from this "jam" take time - but, so far so good! I'd buy again and probably will. thnx!

NORTH TO ALASKA FOR CHRISTMAS
Really special movie! Though forty years later, the characters and styles have definitely changed, the family drama of this film is still strong. A rivalry of brothers. A familiar teenage actor (who handles his role very well by the way). Powerful cinematography, especially those long shots out on the road. And bar scenes, work scenes and the tough home life of 70s truckers - all of it just works.
The writers managed to tuck in some snowbound holiday magic and mystery that almost rivals Capra's "It's a Wonderful Life." Is it corny in spots? Yes! Is it dated? Sure. . . . but you just kind of love that! Happy endings - Alaska style!!

From the Battlefield to the Yoga Mat
A compassionate war story - with a heartbreaking turn of events that led the author into a new world of yoga and recovery. Just a terrific tale of transformation. So glad Brad Willis had the impulse to write it all down.
