It is of a shiny-fabric, and doesn't seem to be made, of stainless-steel .

For the price, it is best to find this, at the grocers, if you can (I was unable to) .
With its ingredients of black-tea, orange-rind, and clove, this is a famous taste-sensation, but you will find its "green-tea"-variant, more-easily, than you will find THIS product .
