It works
Use mostly on goggles in pool and open water swim. It works far better than cat crap or tyr anti fog. I spray inside the goggles and leave it there, then rinse it with warm or tap water once ready to use.. DONT WIPE IT OFF, just rinse.

Didnt get Blisters
Did an Ironman and my feet was soaking wet due to all the water showers you give yourself during the run part with temps over 100's.. wore this socks and was happy to say, my feet was wet but didnt have any blisters or problems.. Use to get blisters with other socks. So it works!
