It's Okay, but ho-hum
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich It is 15 minutes of standing then 15 minutes of sitting. I would have preferred that the positions were mixed throughout the half hour as I cannot stand continually for 15 minutes and have to sit often when I should be standing. It is okay, but much more could have been done to make it more engaging. I am looking for a more appropriate dvd for my level of comfort.. Also, 30 minutes of instruction is not much for a full-priced dvd.

works as it should.
This really improves the heat distribution on the propane burners in our camper.

good quality, could be improved
this is my second bra in this style and I was glad to see it available here. Only improvement would be a wider strap for better support in a ddd size.
