These head bolts were wrong.
I think this set was boxed wrong. My engine had 8 head bolts, this set had 12. The washers on the bolts were too big to go down into the holes for the head bolts. On my engine two of the head bolts have removable washers. This set did not.
Unfortunately these head bolts were not right for this engine which is the 2.0

Good work book
Overall a very helpful book. One area not quite clear is with the differences between the stamped steel direct clutch and the iron direct clutch and what bearing or thrust washer they use. A little confusing on that, but other wise a good book. Thanks
