Works well but requires modifications when replacing an existing lock assembly.
Pro:
1. The lock works well with the Mighty Mule opener.
Cons:
1.When replacing the older lock with this new unit, the mounting is slightly different and requires new mounting arrangements for tubular gates.
2. The latch is not deep enough to permit mounting with lag bolts and requires flat head screws in wood posts to permit latching.
3. The new lock is longer and requires moving the latch assembly farther away and requires new mounting holes.
4. The latch pin is smaller and not as secure.

Washing machine main board.
Part working great so far. It was exactly as advertised and was easy to install. Couldn't have asked for better service as to getting order in a timely fashion! I would definitely use this company again.
