review of an excellent childrens classic animated film
well I have been looking for this on vhs or dvd for ages I used to watch this when I was little and found it an excellent and enchanting tale of days gone by the adventures of moley,ratty,badger and of course who could forget toad of toad hall !!
Its a must see for anyone with a small family who grew up watching the film on ITV and later gave way to a series of half an hour episodes with all the same actors voices as in the film .personally I find that this animated film is a true book to film work unlike later attempts which seem unable to capture the true meaning of the book and its characters its a must see ....
