I’m old school and still live with past values like brick and mortar locations where you walk out the door with your item in hand after you paid for it. So on this site when I click on confirm and pay I expect it to be shipped immediately, not when you get around to it, so when the ETA is not reached I’ll open a case with negative feedback. Old school.
