First Time User

Broke in the bend of the muff upon first use. Im in the process of contacting the warranty company. I don't find them that comfortable with my glasses on. Hurts my ears. So I have to chose listen to music or see.

Fast & Friendly

very smooth, no problems at all. will use again. have not used product yet, but shouldn't be aproblem, it was brand new still in its box.
