It is the same ball you get in the gym ... perfect.
This is great. Just what I hoped for. I can see the complaints made about the pump, which though admittedly not the Rolls Royce of exercise ball pumps, is entirely adequate. I had no problems getting the valve to fit.
When I first pumped it up, I thought it was too small and that I'd got the wrong size ball. So, I kept putting more air in and it got bigger .... Duh! :)

Excellent knife, excellent steel
Great knife which sits in your hand just perfect. The steel is a mythical as people say ... not entirely simple to sharpen, but once you get it there, it stays super sharp. Good for round the house, round the shop, round camp.
