Works pretty well
I put up two these on the side of the house where wasps usually build a nest every summer. Caught a handful of wasps and had no nests this year, which is more than I expected, so... definitely recommend! I do wonder why the tube is in in halves, though, which makes it slightly annoying to put to together. They could have just as easily not cut in half and it would have worked better, imo. Other than it is built well and durable.

Well worth the cost!
No doubt about it... these arm additions are made mostly of solid steel, built to last, and adds considerable weight to the chair they are designed for.
Installation is simple and the instructions are written in plain and well-written English. I had no trouble following them, except that there's no indication as to which way the arms are supposed to face before tightening them down. The instructions just say "angle arms to the front", but there's no markings and the illustration isn't clear which direction that is. You may have to flip the chair over again and switch them around, but it's not a big deal (and, frankly, I can't tell much difference after switching them around, anyway).
Finally, since the chair arrived before the arms did, I had a chance to use the chair without them and see if the arms make a difference or not. If you're not sure about getting the arm additions for this HON chair, I recommend you do so, as it just feels more natural and comfortable with vs without!
