Get the echo dot. Better bang for your buck.
Go with the Echo Dot. Streaming isn't possible unless you have a piad account with a sponsor like spotify. It doesn't support Amazon music. The sound quality is mediocre at best. It's has a tinny sound and doesn't get very loud at all. If you leave the room, you can't hear it. Basically, I use this to tell me time in the middle of the night or early am, I use the alarm, and I check weather.

Great but SO small!
I got this anticipating my four year-old and two-year-old sitting on it together. It's barely big enough to hold my four year old. She's average size. There's no way two kids are going to sit on this. I definitely would not call this a sofa! It's more of an oversized chair. The quality is good tho and the fabric is so soft. The kids will still enjoy it.

Does it hurt? No more than a gentle needle prick but was completely tolerable with no ice and no numb cream. I removed 12 skin tags varying size from my husband. Most didn't bleed. The smell isn't fun, but eh. Would use again!
