  Pack came as described. Seller did their due diligence on shipping address too. Unfortunately FedEx did not. Left on my doorstep without signature which was required. Not a reflection on seller. Seller was awesome! Ensured I was a legit buyer. Value was great! Packaging was well padded and item secured in case of drops. Love it and will be using the heck out of it.

  Seller responded quickly to all questions about the item prior to completion of the auction. Scanner was shipped very quickly after auction ended. It was packed very carefully (plenty of bubble-wrap and paper stuffing in the box), arrived without any issue, and was exactly as described. I was able to set-up the scanner quickly and it works as expected. Now able to get back to digitizing some old photos! Thanks!!

  Lens was shipped promptly after ordering. it was well packed in a box with lots of padding. It was exactly as described, if not slightly better than images showed. Glass was in perfect condition, ribbon cable rubs as described, but appears to be a minor issue. Overall great value, especially to get 1:1 macro. I've enclosed a couple of pictures with the lens I've taken so far!
