Unfortunately the adapter has somehow ma...

Unfortunately the adapter has somehow managed to lock itself onto the lens and I am unable to have it removed. I'm not sure how to unscrew from the adapter and from my current attempts it has also made a crack on the adaptor itself. Not confident about using
