well made
At first I was concerned because it doesn't lay flat. I wondered if it would actually remain flat in the windshield.
After using it for a few weeks, it's fine. After setting it in the windshield it remains flat, and fits well. When not in use it remains in a loose round configuration that I generally just toss aside until I need it.

Does its job pretty well!
It does what it's supposed to do, for a reasonable cost.
