Complete Diet for a FAMILY - NOT INDIVIDUALS
The recipes are for 4-6 people so unless your whole family is on a diet it is not useful. In addition, when using the shopping guide and even if cutting the recipes in half I have found the excess food goes bad. I have had to throw away a lot of items. Most important the book should state that the recipes are for a family. I never would have purchased it if I had known about this.
