I bought a TP link plug and a Wemo at approximately the same time
Both work good if you use their app but I wanted to use a Google home mini. The wemo is very inconsistent, it stops working with mini frequently
The tp link has yet to fail.It also responds faster.(If you have Norton on your phone make sure it is not set as your browser.It will not connect to Tp or wemo wi fi as it considers them unsecure)

Not perfect fit
Must adjust it for fit. Instructions say to put it on as far as it will go, but it hits bolt if you do. Adjust it down on the hammer a little and it will clear.
