Vitamins and minerals your body can actually use
This multi provides the bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals, for instance P-5-P instead of chemical vitamin B6. It is a very complete formula and being liquid inside, is better absorbed than hard pills.

Good Ender 3 upgrade or Ender 3 Pro replacement mat
For owners of the Ender 3, it comes with a base plate to put on the bed for the magnetic mat to be held to; but I have an Ender 3 Pro, and that comes with a magnetic mat already, so I am only using the magnetic mat. My original magnetic mat had a strong hold, which made it hard to align correctly and more difficult to lift up to release the print. This mat has a less strong hold, but more than enough to keep it in place. Adhesion of prints is good, but they also are easily removed. As long as your heated bed is flat enough, this is a good way to upgrade the Ender 3 or a good replacement for the Pro.
